The Pave Of Different Journey 4 by Sapana Shah

The Pave Of Different Journey is an attempt to portray the pain and agonies of transgender communities of Nepal how they are living the painful life wearing the multiple masks. Transgender people are the people who are oppressed, discriminated against due to their sexual orientation and or gender identity. I have painted these pains and divided identities of masculinizing and feminizing in my street project called The Pave Of Different Journey. 

The street is a platform where we come across many other lives. It is like a stage for real live performance which gives us cognitive knowledge. Thus I am very fascinated to observe the vibrant environment of the street life of transgenders. I convey ideas and emotions which go beyond the use of words which is only a communication between my artworks and the viewers as it is always a reflection of society whether it adds enjoyment of understanding of life.
